New to church?

Whether you are new to the area or new to faith, you probably have some questions - let us help answer them for you!

Our Services

St. Andrew’s offers a range of services on Sundays and on other days and occasions. Some draw on the traditions and texts of the Church of England, both Common Worship and The Book of Common Prayer. Others tend to be more informal and best described as “fresh expressions of church.” More information via button below.

Wherever possible services from the church building are livestreamed.

Chapter House Hire

We have a lovely large hall and some smaller rooms which are available to hire.

Christening

During a christening a child or adult is baptised with water. It's the start of an amazing journey of faith and a special day for all your friends and family.

We always welcome enquiries - click on the button for more information.

Children, Youth + Families

Our children and young people are a really important part of the church family.  Children are welcome at all services and stay in for the whole time. Our monthly Sunday afternoon service is more informal and interactive.

We have a friendly toddler group, Little Stars, and Identity Youth Project host a weekly Bible Study in the Chapter House.

Social groups

We have a wide range of social interest groups, including a walking group, a monthly board games club,  ladies' club, the flower guild, and the Church Choir, which practises regularly.

All of these groups are a great way to get to know people and build friendships.
